As a Recruitment Consultant Intern, you will have work closely with our team to learn the ins and outs of recruitment and client relationship management. Your role will be crucial in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
2. Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
3. Provide regular updates to clients on the recruitment process and candidate progress.
4. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding.
5. Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely and professional communication.
6. Maintain and update candidate database and job postings.
7. Assist in coordinating interviews and managing candidate feedback.
8. Utilize MS Office tools to track and analyze recruitment data.
9. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

We work six days a week with 2nd & 4th Saturdays off as well as Sundays off. Our working hours are from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.

Other requirements
1. Candidates with an MBA in HR or finance are preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, bachelors in travel & tourism, bachelor’s in psychology, or a related field,
2. Women restarting their careers passionate about long-term commitment and open to learning and acquiring new skills in talent acquisition are welcomed.
3. Experience: Freshers or 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, in addition to focus on the BFSI and real estate industries or similar industries. Candidate from any department, such as administrative, front office, human resource, sales, marketing, cabin crew, hostess, concierge, CRM, presales, etc.

Additional information
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 600000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 4000 per 4 closures or revenue of 75k per month).
