About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
a. Sourcing Candidates
1. Use job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
2. Network with industry professionals and attend job fairs or events.
b. Screening and Shortlisting
1. Conduct initial screening through resumes, phone interviews, or assessments.
2. Match candidate profiles with job descriptions and requirements.
c. Interview Coordination
1. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
2. Provide feedback and facilitate the decision-making process.
d. Talent Acquisition Strategy
1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
