Recruitment Consultant Internship

Key responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates
Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including cold calling, interviews, to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Maintain a robust candidate database and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records

2. Interview Coordination:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
Prepare candidates for interviews by providing relevant information about the company, culture, and interview process

3. Negotiation and Offer Management:
Facilitate the negotiation process between clients and candidates, including salary and benefits discussions
Manage the offer and acceptance process, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate selection to onboarding

4. Performance Metrics:
Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to placements, client satisfaction, and candidate success
Generate allotted revenue target each month
