About the internship
IndusInd Bank is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR intern to join our recruitment team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HR domain, specifically in recruitment processes. As an HR Intern, you will support the team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while learning best practices in talent acquisition.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job portals, and social media).
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
3. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Support the recruitment team in managing job postings and applicant tracking systems.
5. Participate in the onboarding process for new hires.
6. Maintain candidate databases and generate recruitment reports.
7. Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
