3. Supporting the coordination of interviews between candidates and hiring managers
4. Helping to manage candidate relationships and provide feedback throughout the recruitment process
5. Assisting in the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives
6. Participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas
7. Learning about industry trends and best practices to enhance your recruitment skills
