About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and generate leads for potential client companies and job candidates.
2. Utilize various channels such as online databases, social media, and networking events to source leads.
3. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns targeting prospective client companies and candidates.
4. Create compelling email content to attract and engage potential leads.
5. Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting to match client company requirements.
6. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per sale).
