Recruitment Consultant Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting recruiters in sourcing candidates for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) roles.
2. Utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify and attract top talent.
3. Conducting initial screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their suitability for roles.
4. Coordinating and scheduling interviews and assessments for candidates.
5. Connecting with applicants via calls to discuss job positions and persuading them to apply for roles as specified by clients.
6. Negotiating salary and other terms with shortlisted candidates after discussing with them over the phone.
7. Maintaining accurate and organized records of candidate data, including roles, compensation (CTC), company, and location.
