We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented recruitment intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the recruitment industry, working closely with experienced recruiters and industry professionals. The ideal candidate is proactive, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about talent acquisition and client service.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in posting job openings on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms
2. Performing initial screenings of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
3. Conducting preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate suitability and interest
4. Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and clients
5. Preparing candidates for interviews by providing detailed information about the company and role
6. Ensuring smooth communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the interview process
7. Updating and maintaining the candidate database and applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and current information
8. Tracking recruitment metrics and preparing reports on recruitment activities
9. Assisting in understanding client requirements and job specifications
10. Communicating with clients to arrange candidate interviews and gather feedback
11. Supporting the recruitment team in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field
2. Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
7. Familiarity with social media platforms and online recruitment tools is a plus
