Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
2. Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent for various positions within the company.
3. Manage the candidate pipeline and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
4. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract and engage potential candidates.
5. Assist with the coordination of interviews and assessment centers.
6. Partner with stakeholders to ensure all recruitment processes are compliant with company policies and regulations.
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies within the organization.
