Recruitment Consultant Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings
2. Supporting the development of HR branding strategies to attract top talent
3. Learning how to utilize HRIS to streamline recruitment processes and track candidate data
4. Shadowing experienced consultants during client meetings and candidate interviews
5. Assisting in creating job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms
6. Participating in sales activities to generate leads and expand our client base
7. Collaborating with team members on special projects to enhance recruitment efforts
