About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source talent through various resources, both traditional and social.
2. Manage traditional job portals such as Naukri, Shine, etc.
3. Utilize social media and other channels for sourcing, including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Facebook, Behance, Dribbble, Twitter, etc.
4. Screen-sourced resumes to ensure they match the client's needs.
5. Build a talent pipeline and conduct talent mapping.
6. Maintain client relationships.
7. Develop rapport with both clients and candidates.
8. Negotiate offers and conduct background checks if required.
