Recruitment Consultant Internship

As a Recruitment Consultant intern at Winoden Skilltech Pvt. Ltd., you will have the exciting opportunity to work alongside our experienced recruitment team to source top talent for our growing clients. Your knowledge of recruitment will be put to the test as you assist in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making placement recommendations.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements
2. Utilizing various recruitment channels to attract and engage potential candidates
3. Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
4. Coordinating interviews and assessments between candidates and hiring managers
5. Assisting in the negotiation and offer process to secure top talent for the company
6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment database
7. Providing exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
