Recruitment Coordination Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers, and universities boards
2. Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems
3. Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates skills
4. Correspond with candidates and clients including sending meeting requests through Outlook and/or the recruiting database system
5. Handle all interview scheduling and follow up for recruiting team
6. Update ATS with feedback after every interview
7. Work on documentation pre-joining & post-joining
8. Develop strong working relationships with the leadership team and support staff to successfully manage candidates through recruiting process
9. Work on scheduling and coordinating logistics for interviews, including sending out calendar invitations using Outlook, setting up tests/assessments, conference calls, and video conferences
10. Connect and follow up with the new employees for an onboarding session

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills
2. Ability to prioritize and complete projects within the deadline
3. Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems will be an added advantage
4. Bachelor's degree
