Recruitment Executive Internship

As a recruitment executive, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent for various roles, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process that aligns with our business goals.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, initial interviews, and onboarding
2. Use multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and engage top talent
3. Conduct initial phone interviews, assess candidate skills, and shortlist the best applicants
4. Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements
5. Keep records of all recruitment activities and candidate profiles up to date
6. Assist in promoting the company's culture and values to attract high-quality candidates
7. Ensure a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the hiring process
