We are looking for someone with English proficiency, MS-Excel, and MS-Office skills to support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent. As a Recruitment intern, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to the growth of our team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in posting job openings on various platforms
2. Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates
3. Coordinate interview logistics and provide support to hiring managers
4. Conduct reference checks and background screenings
5. Assist in drafting job descriptions and updating recruitment databases
6. Participate in recruitment events and career fairs
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10000 per performance based ).
