Talent Acquisition:
Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified IT professionals.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews and initial phone interviews.
Candidate Management:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting job ads to extending offers.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and hiring managers.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the interview process.
Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations on hiring trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices.
Work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Track and report key metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
Employer Branding:
Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.
Engage in employer branding activities, such as attending job fairs and participating in industry events.
