This is a full-time role for a Recruiting Intern at Creencia located in Bengaluru.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates, calling potential applicants, communicating, and recruiting

Requirements:

1. Sourcing and calling skills
2. Experience with recruitment processes and candidate assessment
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
5. Strong organizational and time management skills
6. Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
7. A Bachelor's degree in technology, science, human resources, psychology, business administration, or related field
