Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source resumes through various job portals and social media platforms.
2. Communicate with candidates to establish a clear understanding and rapport.
3. Post job openings on the internet to attract potential candidates.
4. Recruit candidates by leveraging databases, social media, and other sourcing methods.
5. Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule.
6. Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates.
7. Interview shortlisted candidates to assess their fit for the position.
