Recruitment Internship

Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Understand client requirements
2. Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates (e.g., job advertising)
3. Evaluate resumes and applications
4. Source candidates using databases, social media etc.
5. Assume responsibility for pre-interview screening
6. Schedule interviews with the shortlisted candidates
7. Match the most suitable candidates to different positions

Requirement and skills:

1. Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
2. Proficiency in using MS Office tools
3. Good knowledge of candidates selection methods
4. Integrity and confidentiality
5. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
6. Team player
6. Good time-management skills
7. B.Tech/MBA or related field
