About the internship

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings
2. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up on candidate feedback
3. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers using MS-Excel
4. Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms to attract top talent
5. Participate in recruitment events and fairs to build a strong talent pipeline
6. Assist in conducting reference checks and background verification for selected candidates
7. Support the recruitment team in various ad-hoc tasks and projects to ensure smooth operations
