Recruitment Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Review job postings and requirements
2. Screen resumes for suitable candidates
3. Shortlist candidates based on job criteria
4. Reach out to candidates to schedule interviews
5. Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
6. Conduct preliminary interviews (phone, video, or in-person)
7. Coordinate with hiring managers on candidate profiles and feedback
8. Develop and refine sourcing strategies for open positions
9. Proactively search for passive candidates (social media, job boards)
10. Follow up with candidates on interview schedules or status updates
11. Draft offer letters and negotiate terms if needed
12. Attend internal recruitment meetings and progress check-ins
13. Conduct reference checks for final-stage candidates
14. Coordinate with HR for onboarding of new hires
15. Generate daily or weekly recruitment progress reports
16. Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment tools
17. Attend career fairs and networking events
18. Monitor and respond to social media inquiries
19. Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts
