Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with senior consultants to identify and source top-tier candidates for our client's specific needs
2. Assist in conducting initial candidate screenings and assessments to ensure a strong fit for both the candidate and the client
3. Utilize various sourcing strategies, including online job boards, social media platforms, and networking events, to attract top talent
4. Help manage candidate databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of potential candidates
5. Contribute to the development and execution of recruitment campaigns and strategies
6. Assist in creating engaging job descriptions and compelling job advertisements to attract highly qualified candidates
7. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to propose innovative ideas for improving recruitment processes and candidate experience
