About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing and shortlisting for positions in India and abroad
2. Speaking to candidates and evaluating them as per the job description shared by the client
3. Sharing details of the position with prospective candidates
4. Coordinating the interview process
5. Following up with the candidates throughout the whole process
6. Reporting on the work daily
7. Reaching out to the supervisor in case of any challenges or doubts
