As a Recruitment intern at GoMechanic, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with our HR team and gain valuable hands-on experience in the recruitment process. Your role will involve sourcing and screening potential candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
4. Assist with the creation and posting of job descriptions on job boards and social media platforms.
5. Help maintain and update our Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
6. Support the recruitment team in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
7. Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including preparing offer letters and contracts.
