Recruitment Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Achieve defined hiring targets across different job families (time, cost, quality).
2. Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best organizational fit.
3. Prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
4. Source CVs from various platforms such as job portals, social networking sites, social groups, referencing, headhunting, and company mapping.
5. Maintain regular follow-up with selected candidates to ensure continuous engagement and reduce attrition before joining.
6. Gain and apply technical knowledge to understand various technologies and stay updated with current trends.
7. Approach every conversation with the intent to build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with candidates.
8. Manage job postings on top-performing recruitment channels (based on responsiveness, quality, and cost).
9. Explore new recruitment channels and provide recommendations to the Sourcing Head.
10. Execute recruitment-related social media communication in line with approved marketing and HR guidelines.
