Recruitment Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Act as point of contact for candidates; coordinate, schedule, and manage interviews as well as travel and accommodation arrangements when required. Making sure everyone is in the right place at the right time
2. Host candidates onsite and provide a hospitable and memorable Airbnb experience for every applicant that applies
3. Use our applicant tracking system and relevant recruiting processes to keep organized and help keep our busy team on track
4. Build a pipeline of top local and passive talent through researching, sourcing, and networking
5. Build a pipeline for multiple requisitions across different functions
6. Partner with business partners, hiring managers to build a hiring strategy
7. Find the best, brightest and most passionate people using new and creative ways to find and engage them
8. Effectively manage multiple priorities across the business including project orientation such as a strong focus on diversity and inclusion
9. Organize internal and external meetings including room and equipment booking and meeting management
