About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for hiring security guards, supervisors, and other security personnel.
2. Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, agencies, and direct outreach.
3. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
4. Coordinate background verification, reference checks, and compliance with legal hiring standards.
5. Maintain a pipeline of qualified security candidates for future hiring needs.
6. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand specific security staffing requirements.
7. Organize recruitment drives, job fairs, and open-house hiring events.
8. Ensure timely onboarding and orientation of newly hired security personnel.

Other requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in recruiting security staff or workforce recruitment.
3. Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements for security personnel.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
