As a Recruitment Intern at Neobric IT Solutions Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the fast-paced world of recruitment. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be key in communicating with candidates and team members. Additionally, your knowledge of MS-Office and MS-Excel will be essential in organizing and analyzing recruitment data.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in sourcing and screening potential candidates through job boards and social media platforms.
2. Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest in open positions.
3. Coordinating interviews and assessments with hiring managers and candidates.
4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment database.
5. Assisting in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on various job portals.
6. Contributing to recruitment projects and initiatives to enhance our overall recruitment process.
7. Providing administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
