Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1.Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
2.Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
3.Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit for open positions.
4.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements.
5.Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
6.Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
7.Collaborate with HR team members to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
8.Assist in the onboarding process for new hires when necessary.
