About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source, screen, and recruit candidates by using job portals, databases & social media
2. Screen candidate's resumes and job applications & conduct interviews for sales/business development profile
3. Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
4. Branding of the company amongst prospective candidates
5. Onboard new employees for their smooth induction in the organization
6. Participate and complete tasks assigned related to HR functions & activities
7. Employer branding, promoting the social media platforms, community building & improving the reach of our job openings
