About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Post job openings on various platforms and social media channels to attract potential candidates.
2. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and networking to build a strong candidate pool.
3. Screen resumes and assist in shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
4. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
5. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
