3. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback.
4. Manage job postings on various platforms to attract potential candidates.
5. Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent.
6. Provide support in maintaining recruitment databases and candidate records.
7. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
