Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
Onboarding: Help with onboarding new hires, including documentation and orientation.
HR Operations: Maintain and update employee records and assist in HR-related documentation.
Training Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating training sessions for employees.
Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organization: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HR tools is a plus.
Eagerness to Learn: Positive attitude and willingness to learn about HR processes.
