Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel is a must, as you will be responsible for maintaining candidate databases and organizing recruitment events.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various positions within the company.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
3. Maintain and update candidate databases in MS Excel.
4. Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
5. Write and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
6. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
7. Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
