Recruitment Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work towards understanding client needs
2. Shortlist candidates based on client requirements
3. Source, screen, and shortlist profiles from job portals, networking sites, reference networking, and job hunting
4. Work towards having a good understanding of keywords and apply the same while searching resumes
5. Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders (managers, HR managers, team members, candidates, etc.)
6. Conduct first-level screening/interviews and share the right candidates with the clients
7. Schedule job interviews and assist the candidates in the interview process
5. Provide periodic reports to management on sales operations and generating returns
6. Act as intermediaries between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals
