About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. Sourcing & Screening:
1. Utilize job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
2. Review resumes, shortlist profiles, and conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.

b. Job Postings & Employer Branding:
1. Draft engaging job descriptions and post them across relevant channels.
2. Assist in enhancing the company's employer brand through social media marketing and content creation.

c. Database Management:
1. Maintain and update the internal candidate database and CRM.
2. Ensure data integrity and accurate documentation of candidate interactions.

d. Candidate Coordination:
1. Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a smooth end-to-end hiring experience.
2. Communicate timely feedback and status updates to candidates and internal stakeholders.

e. Market & Industry Research:
1. Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and talent availability.
2. Provide insights to help refine recruitment strategies and improve sourcing effectiveness.
f. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
1. Work closely with recruiters, HR professionals, and business development teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
2. Support administrative tasks and participate in strategic discussions as needed.
