Roles and Responsibilties:

1. Job Posting & Advertising - Create and publish job descriptions on various platforms like job portals, company websites, and social media.
2. Sourcing Candidates - Use multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and recruitment agencies, to find potential candidates.
3. Screening Resumes - Review applications and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
4. Line up Interviews - Scheduling Interviews of interested candidates.
5. Coordinating with Hiring Managers - Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.
6. Managing Candidate Experience - Ensure a smooth and professional recruitment process, keeping candidates informed and engaged.
7. Performing Background Checks - Verify candidates' credentials, employment history, and references to ensure authenticity.
8. Maintaining Recruitment Data - Keep records of candidate profiles, interview feedback, and hiring metrics for reporting and analysis.
