We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition - Intern, to join our team in Baner, Pune. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of HR functions while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
2. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
3. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions
4. Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline through various channels
5. Conducting background checks and verifying employment references
6. Participating in job fairs and campus recruitment activities
7. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
8. Developing and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts, and employee termination process
9. Assisting with payroll and benefits administration
10. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and legal
Candidate qualifications:
A bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
0-1 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR
Familiarity with recruitment software and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
