Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements
2. Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
3. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
4. Maintain and update candidate databases for efficient recruitment tracking
5. Communicate with candidates to provide updates and answer queries
6. Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent
7. Conduct candidate assessments to evaluate skills and cultural fit
