Recruitment Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct initial phone interviews to screen candidates for basic qualifications and fit.
2. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
3. Share rejection emails with candidates who do not meet the job requirements.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicants in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
5. Ensure all candidate information and interview feedback are properly documented.
6. Assist with other administrative tasks related to the recruitment process as needed.
