Recruitment Internship

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing and calling potential candidates to support our recruitment efforts. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and learn about the hiring process in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking.
2. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and interest.
3. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information.
4. Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
5. Participate in team meetings and provide insights on candidate trends.
6. Help with administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as scheduling interviews and preparing candidate profiles.

Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Basic understanding of recruitment processes and tools is a plus.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
