Recruitment Specialist Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and recruit nurses as part of the healthcare talent acquisition team.
2. Source, screen, and interview candidates according to job descriptions.
3. Maintain contact with account managers to assess recruitment needs.
4. Manage pre-screening, competency-based selection, interviewing, tracking, and overall candidate management for specific recruitment assignments.
5. Communicate with candidates throughout all recruitment assignments.
6. Conduct candidate research, database mining, and networking calls.
7. Perform talent mapping and headhunting for niche requirements regularly.
8. Meet and exceed revenue targets.
9. Follow up with candidates from initial contact through joining and post-joining.
10. Organize and manage recruitment drives and webinars.
