About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on scheduling interviews, sourcing/screening candidates, and facilitating background screenings
2. Sourcing candidates through telephonic and direct interviews
3. Assisting with following up with the selected candidates for further procedures
4. Working on joining and exit formalities
5. Working on employee engagement
6. Managing coordination with the marketing team
