Marpu Foundation is offering a one-week exclusive recruitment internship for individuals interested in gaining experience in human resources. The internship will be unpaid, however, a certificate of completion will be provided upon completion. As an intern at Marpu Foundation, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced HR professionals and contribute to the recruitment process.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Attending an orientation session
2. Understanding the recruitment requirements and working on scaling the reach of recruitment
3. Creating a plan for recruitment and providing feedback and redevelopment of the plan
4. Assisting in the recruitment process and providing support to the HR team
5. Submitting your work on time and attending a closure session at the end of the month
PS: People who joined this internship should not join the writing internship in the same organization. One can start only one internship in one week. Doing so will remove them from the internship program.
