Recruitment Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
2. Source potential candidates through both online & offline channels
3. Work on screening and shortlisting relevant profiles and scheduling candidates for interviews within a stipulated time frame
4. Regularly follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process
5. Create and manage relationships with colleges/universities for campus recruitment
6. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

1
