Relationship Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in building and improving relationships with customers and partners
2. Assist in creating a positive brand image in the minds of new prospective clients
3. Contact clients by phone to offer or persuade them to indulge in the services
4. Maintain periodic status reports, activity reports, and calls/follow-ups reports
5. Answer the client's questions pertaining to the service being offered
6. Record clients feedbacks and ensure client satisfaction
7. Build a strong relationship with customers by understanding their requirements
8. Research and pursue new business opportunities
