Relationship Manager Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring accurate valuations by capturing the right cartage, properly deducting stones, and avoiding spurious or unacceptable ornaments.
2. Adhering to high ethical standards and complying with all KYC processes and policies. Verifying customer KYC and completing online registration.
3. Coordinating with the manager and stakeholders for loan approvals.
4. Bringing in new customers and maintaining positive relationships with existing customers to generate renewal and referral business.
5. Resolving all customer doubts and questions during the loan process.
6. Participating in activities to improve the brand visibility of gold loans in the catchment areas and generating leads from prospective customers.
