Relationship Manager Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Effective communication: Relationship Managers engage in ongoing conversations with users, actively listening to their needs, concerns, and feedback. Through regular communication, they build rapport and ensure a clear understanding of client expectations.
2. Task facilitation: Relationship Managers are instrumental in orchestrating tasks and projects with users. They leverage their understanding of client requirements to coordinate and facilitate the execution of work, ensuring that projects progress smoothly and efficiently.
3. Problem resolution and motivation: In addition to resolving queries and concerns, Relationship Managers play a vital role in motivating clients to achieve their goals. By offering encouragement, support, and solutions to challenges, they inspire clients to work harder and maintain a positive and productive relationship.
4. It is mandatory for relationship managers to make calls in order to effectively communicate with all users, build relationships, and perform better in their roles. Leads will be provided to the managers.

Note:

1. Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
2. Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM.
3. Work from the office: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
4. Work from home: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
