Research Analyst Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collect structured data on agronomics, soil health, crop yield, etc. using standardized processes at the field and provide continuous feedback to research lead for improving these processes
2. Train and handhold team of field volunteers for data collection using digital platform
3. Monitor data collections at the field to ensure the quality of primary datasets
4. Liaise with project managers, local implementation agencies, and cohort groups of farmers for longitudinal studies to understand the costs and benefits of different crop residue management practices
5. Statistically analyze the primary data with validations from secondary research and different stakeholders working in the field. Candidate with local language skills including Punjabi and Hindi will be preferred
