Research And Development Internship

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to join our Product R&D team at neuherbs. This internship offers hands-on experience in the procurement of materials essential for New Product Development (NPD). As a part of our Product R&D team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of high-quality materials.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and procuring raw materials, packaging, and other components required for NPD.
2. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and materials that align with NPD requirements.
3. Support the R&D team in ensuring that all materials meet quality standards.
4. Assist in the preparation and management procurement documentation.
5. Collaborate with the R&D and Quality Assurance teams to evaluate material samples and ensure compliance with product specifications.
6. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including supplier performance and cost analyses.

Qualifications:

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
